China•Ningbo International Symposium on Computer Science and Technology is co-sponsored by 35 National Model Software Vocational Colleges as well as Northwestern Polytechnic University (NPU). Its orientation is to strengthen academic exchange between home colleges, research institutions and external computer industry circles for the purpose of raising the level of computer science research, education and application. It is a sequel to three previous successful symposiums held in Ningbo, China, the first in October, 2005, the second in May, 2007 and the third in October, 2009. The proceedings are published and distributed by American world-known publishing house, and all accepted papers are archived in ISTP (Index to Scientific & Technology Proceedings).
The fourth China•Ningbo International Symposium on Computer Science and Technology will be held in mid-May, 2012, in Ningbo. This symposium provides a great opportunity for scholars to discuss the latest development of computer science and technology by organizing seminars, special reports and forums. The organizing committee invites papers from the educators in colleges and universities both at home and abroad and from the talent working in fields related with the computer science technology.

2. Requirements and Deadline
1) Unpublished articles (included by journals both at home and abroad) and unread articles (at public forums);
2）On-line electronic submissions (only for home contributors) are accepted through http://www.iscst.net (for the sake of data security, upload files must be clean without any virus, otherwise they will be deleted), and no printed and e-mailed articles are accepted. Before submission, authors must do careful reviewing. After successful uploading, no renewed version is accepted. The length limit is no more than 4MB with exceptions consented by the Organizing Committee;
3) Keep in mind your name, e-mail ID. Personal data can be renewed automatically by the system and you can make inquiry about your contribution on-line, too;
4) External contributors send your articles to: iscst2012@nbdu.edu.cn, including the following information: topic, name of 1st author, telephone number and e-mail address;
5) All papers must be rendered in English and processed with Word 2003. The format must be in accordance with the requirements, please refer to the attachment from the website http://www.iscst.net
6) Deadline: March 15th, 2012;
7) Notification after reviewing: before March 30th, 2012;
8) Duration of the conference: (3 days) in May 2012, the date will be announced at a later date at the website here.
3. Registration Fee
1) The registration fee for each contributor is US$ 600, to cover edition cost, conference expenses and meals.
2) Each paper is limited to 5 pages, the over-length charge is US$ 50/page, note the registration fee does not cover expenditure of accommodation;
3) Way of Payment: A week after notification of paper acceptance, make payment to Ningbo Dahongying University Bank account, (Please note that it is intended for iscst2012 symposium), a copy of remittance and receipt is required to be sent to the symposium secretariat through facsimile or by post.
